Weather looks OK for our ride on Saturday 19th September.
Complimentary coffee at Nonna's before we leave at 10.30am.
We expect to arrive at the Vintage Tea Rooms between 11.30 and 11.45am where the owner will give a prize for the best dressed rider.

Confirming details
Our ride will finish at the Vintage Tea Rooms on Beetwell Street. The owner has kindly agreed to award a prize to the best dressed rider.

September Cycle in Style Ride
Our ride on Saturday September 19th is confirmed. We plan to start at Nonna's on Chatsworth Road. Thanks to Gian at Nonna's they will provide free coffee to riders again.
Departure from Nonna's at 10.30am (meet earlier for coffee) then we will have a gentle meander through Ashgate, Somersall Park and back to town along the Hipper Valley Trail to finish at another town centre cafe.

The Ride
Slightly 'iffy' weather this morning failed to put off 29 riders who came on our first Cycle in Style ride this year. We enjoyed our ride and our discussion with Rupert Carr about Peak Resort.

2 weeks to go
Our ride is two weeks on Saturday, lets hope the good weather continues! A couple of other events before May 9th you might be interested in:
Saturday April 25th - Space4Cycling ride in Sheffield, 11.00 departure from Barkers Pool (John Lewis).
Monday May 4th - Chesterfield May Day, the Campaign always has a stall in New Square, come and have a chat and pick up some cycle maps and info. Some members of the Campaign usually cycle at the back of the parade through town.

2015 Rides
We are planning two rides during 2015. The first will be on Saturday May 9th. Leaving from outside the Visitor Information Centre in Rykneld Square. We will be using the recently completed Stonegravels way to wend our way to the Riverside Garden Centre cafe for refreshments.
Once at the cafe Rupert Carr from Birchall developments who are creating the Peak Resort will meet us to talk about Peak Resort and the cycling infrastructure they are planning.
